According to reports, typhoon Peping or Parma’s speed is approximately up to 230 kilometers per hour. As everyone is preparing for it, traumatized victims of typhoon Ondoy and possible affected residents are visibly preparing foods as well as panic buying to store up their needs if and only if Parma would come to strike the nation. And now, Philippines is in the state of calamity.
